Job Description

Position purpose:
Reporting to step change our Retail Operations Manager Strategy and Execution with end state in mind to get our Beauty Advisor or Beauty Consultant (CEO = Customer Engagement Officer Organization) to be recognized as the best in class. He / She will draw on extensive knowledge of Retail Operations landscape, people management and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business partners to achieve success.
Key responsibilities:
Report to the General Manager and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Understanding the regional market needs and analyzing these data to devise and implement necessary procedures. Seek to apply and relevant innovation where necessary.
Responsible for the overall success of retail operations driving sales, reinforcing operations, and store leadership management & development.
