What We're Looking For:

• Fluent or proficient in Chinese
• At least 3 years managerial experience in retail or department store operations
• Strong leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on problem solving
• Passion for developing teams and driving results
• Willing to work across multiple locations (accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple stores
• Ensure consistency in SOPs, policies, and store standards
• Lead sales planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking
• Mentor Store Managers and build a high-performing team
• Coordinate with management and support company growth
