Job Description:

As our Retail Operations Manager / Director, you will pioneer multi-store operations, driving profitability, consistency, and excellence. You will develop store managers, implement process improvements, and ensure every store operates efficiently while supporting the company's expansion and long-term vision.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 3 years managerial experience in department store or chain retail operations or multi-store level
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting tools)
