Position : Retail Operations Manager
Job Location : Nairobi (Kenya)
Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations of 50 retail stores in Kenya and 3 stores in Uganda
Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores
Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards
Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams
Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams
Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts
