Job Summary:

ETI, the official distributor of Casio Timepieces in the Philippines is looking for results-driven Retail Operations Manager to oversee and elevate our Retail operations nationwide.

In this role, you'll manage a team that oversees daily store operations, drives sales performance and build our brand presence across malls.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach and manage a team supporting our retail stores nationwide.
• Oversee daily operations of our retail stores.
• Drive sales performance and execution of brand standards, visuals and customer experience.
• Work closely with store operations executives to implement improvements.
• Conducts regular visits, audits and performance reviews.
• Support new store opening, expansions and marketing promotions.
