Job Summary

The Retail Operations Officer is responsible for managing the performance and growth of all retail stores and online sales channels. This role ensures operational excellence, oversees fulfilment, and drives the implementation of process improvement initiatives. The position works closely with the finance, fulfilment, warehouse, and logistics teams and develops strategies to optimize inventory management and streamline internal processing operations.
