Retail Operator Lead - Hillsborough County Commissary, FL

**Job Description**

The Retail Operator Lead is responsible for ensuring all retail operations, including micro-markets, coffee bars, and office dining areas are maintained and serviced properly. Work in a timely and efficient manner to gather products, deliver and stock retail spaces, and respond to customer inquiries, while managing inventory and quality control.

**Job Responsibilities**

? Schedules and assigns work assignments to a retail team and oversees the completion of tasks
? May be responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the Retail Sales operation
? Conduct and attend daily shift huddles while communicating operational priorities
? Visit multiple retail locations to maintain an organized workspace and upkeep of proper inventory storage and tracking as well as ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
