Retail & Photography Sales Crew

The Retail & Photography Sales Crew is responsible for driving revenue and enhancing the guest experience through the proactive sale of merchandise and professional photography services. This includes managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions, stock replenishment, and capturing high-quality guest memories. All activities must align with the terms of service agreed with our Clients, ensuring the safety of guests and the security of all retail and imaging equipment in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and legislation. Resourceful and sales-oriented, he/she is expected to have a basic technical understanding of photography equipment, digital imaging systems, and retail displays. He/she leverages tactical knowledge to provide hands-on guidance to the team, possessing a strong service mindset to anticipate guest needs and 'upsell' with integrity.
