Retail Project Manager

We are recruiting a Transformation Project Manager for a large, operationally complex retail organisation.
This is not a traditional project management role.
This role sits at the centre of enterprise transformation and is responsible for ensuring that strategy moves from planning into disciplined, measurable execution across stores and functions.
You will not design the strategy — you will make sure it is executed, embedded, tracked, and sustained.
The Role
The Transformation Project Manager is accountable for:
Driving structured execution of strategic priorities across the business
Embedding transformation into store routines, management rhythms, and cross-functional processes
Maintaining real-time visibility of execution progress for senior leadership and Exco
Coordinating sponsors, pilots, and operational teams across functions
Identifying risks, execution fatigue, and organisational misalignment early
