Primary Duties

• Promote and sell GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to customers through showroom, online, and offline channels.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by ensuring a pleasant, professional, and customer-focused experience.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets.
• Carry out product presentations and demonstrations to effectively explain product usage and benefits.
• Develop long-term customer relationships through active follow-ups and after-sales support.
• Handle day-to-day showroom operations, including product arrangement, stock monitoring, and overall showroom upkeep.
• Take part in promotional activities such as roadshows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
• Work together with team members and management to ensure efficient operations and compliance with brand standards.
