Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Provide a warm, personalized shopping experience to every customer.
• Achieve monthly personal sales targets.
• Offer styling advice and product knowledge to encourage upselling and cross-selling.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

2. Store Operations

• Ensure accurate use of POS systems and proper handling of payments.
