Role Overview
The Retail Sales and Operations will be responsible for the end-to-end performance and strategic growth of the Apple Premium Reseller channel and Digital Walker Stores sales channel.
This includes overseeing store operations, sales targets, customer experience, and alignment with
Apple's global retail standards. The role will lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class retail, drive profitability, and maintain Beyond the Box 's market leadership in consumer tech retail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales Management
Develop and execute annual and quarterly sales plans to achieve revenue and profit targets for the Apple business.
Monitor sell-through performance, category mix, and attach rate of AppleCare and accessories.
Drive high-value product focus (e.g. Mac, iPhone, iPad Pro) aligned with Apple KPIs.
