Blackbox is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our team in Seremban 2, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers with their needs in a friendly and professional manner
• Demonstrating and promoting our wide range of products
• Handling cash and card payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising across the store
• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are well-presented
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer service and store operations
