Your Role

This is a retail sales + operations role, not just standing at the counter.

You will:

• Serve walk-in customers and online enquiries (WhatsApp / social media)
• Recommend suitable golf clubs based on customer needs
• Handle basic inventory tasks (tagging, checking, organizing)
• Maintain shop cleanliness and presentation
• Assist with simple content (photos/videos of products)
• Follow SOPs strictly (pricing, reporting, stock handling)
