Job Description

• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Recommend, select, and demonstrate product based on customer needs and desires.
• Describe the key features, show sample footage, demonstrate product and care of product to customers.
• Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer's reference.
• Demonstrate use or operation of product.
• Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and set up service.
• Customer relationship management. Maintain and service customer base of the store.
• Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company's products.
