Job Summary

The Retail Sales Design Assistant supports the sales team in delivering excellent customer service while assisting in basic design presentations, product recommendations, and showroom operations. This role combines customer engagement, visual presentation, and administrative support to help drive sales and maintain an organized and appealing retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and online customers with product inquiries, quotations, and order processing
• Support Sales Designers in preparing layout proposals, mood boards, and simple design presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product availability and delivery schedules

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
