Retail Sales & Event Operations Executive

We are seeking a Retail & Events Operations Executive to oversee retail performance and event execution across our network.

This role combines planning, coordination, and on-ground execution , ensuring our products are well-positioned in stores and effectively managed during roadshows and activations.

• Plan product assortment and stock allocation across retail outlets based on sales performance
• Monitor sell-through and adjust product mix to improve overall performance
• Work closely with merchandisers to ensure in-store execution aligns with plans
• Identify and address gaps in stock availability, visibility, and placement
• Coordinate product launches and in-store refresh initiatives
