Retail Sales Execution Lead

Job Description
Lead daily operations for in-store sales execution across designated retail locations
Coordinate implementation of personalization initiatives (e.g., new sales enablement tools, in-store journey changes)
Work closely with frontline staff to ensure adoption of new tools and selling techniques
Liaise with store managers, retail operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless roll-out and iteration of pilots
Monitor and improve customer interactions through in-store experimentation (e.g., offer framing, product bundling, consultative selling techniques)
Provide feedback from retail ground teams to central teams to refine tools, scripts, and training.
Skills/Experience
58 years of experience in retail operations, field sales, or channel execution roles, ideally within telecom, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectors
Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale in-store rollouts or activations
