Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers in understanding tile designs, sizes, finishes, and applications
Promote and sell tiles while achieving assigned sales targets
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tile solutions
Maintain showroom display, cleanliness, and proper product arrangement
Generate quotations and follow up with customers to close sales
Coordinate with the inventory and accounts teams for order processing
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain daily sales reports and customer records
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail sales experience
Prior experience in the tiles or ceramics industry will be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software
Customer-focused attitude with strong selling skills
