Retail Sales Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to manage existing customer accounts and drive sales growth in the retail electrical segment. This field-based role is ideal for individuals who enjoy client visits, building strong relationships, and ensuring smooth operations from order to delivery.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to retail customers to take orders and promote featured products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries, payment collections, and outstanding issues.
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
• Undertake outstation trips (approximately 2 weeks per month) to cover assigned territories.
