Retail Sales Manager

Our client is a market leading specialist providers of foreign exchange with operations in over 20 countries.

Role Description

This role has overall accountability for sales, operations and customer service for a wide variety of businessand its’ associated P&L. It includes retail sales management of onsite stores and ATMs. The role will lead TeamManagers, and the person will be responsible for managing and coaching their direct reports to achieverevenue and profitability targets. The role will drive sales, customer service, operational controls and managethe P&L.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage walk up retail KPIs including ATMs.
• Managing profitability / EBITDA.
• Support in airport and landlord relationship management.
• Day-to-day account management of corporate customers.
