Retail Sales Personnel

The Retail Sales Personnel is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries
• Promote and sell products to meet daily and monthly sales targets
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions (cash, card, POS system)
• Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and store organization
• Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged items
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
• Follow company policies, procedures, and sales guidelines
