CONSTANT is currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Retail Security Officer (Loss Prevention) to support our valued retail client, located in Central Lakes QLD.

This role is focused on maintaining a safe and welcoming retail environment while proactively reducing stock loss and deterring anti-social behaviour through high-visibility presence and strong customer engagement.

About the Role

As a Retail Security Officer, you will:

• Provide a strong, professional security presence within store

• Monitor store entry/exit points and high-risk areas

• Deter theft and support loss prevention strategies

• Deliver respectful and professional customer service

• Liaise with store management regarding incidents or risks

• Complete electronic incident and shift reports

• Support emergency procedures if required
