Retail Store Associate for Motoworld SM Davao

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality products and services.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate system and physical inventory counts of all retail merchandise.
• Cashiering Compliance: Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security in all cash-handling processes and transactions.
• Operational Compliance: Process cashiering transactions and related store functions in full compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least one (1) year of experience in retail sales
• At least one (1) year of cashiering but not required
• Minimal experience in cashiering is acceptable
• Willing to be assigned at SM Lanang
• Motorcycle/Bicycle enthusiasts are an advantage
• Merchandise discount for all retail store staff and employees
