About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our integrated café /restaurant, and fuel station. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for staff management, customer service, compliance, and overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across the cafe/restaurant, and fuel station, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Lead and supervise staff including rostering, training, performance monitoring, and maintaining service standards.

• Oversee food and beverage operations ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Ensure fuel station compliance including safety procedures, environmental standards, and forecourt operations.
