Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager to oversee daily operations, inspire our retail team, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across our Singapore locations.

Working Hours:

• 5-6 day work week.
• AM Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• PM Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Includes weekends and Public Holidays on a rotational basis.

Job Scope:

• Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.
• Drive the team to achieve and exceed individual and store-wide sales targets and KPIs.
• Oversee daily staff scheduling and roster management to ensure adequate floor coverage at all times.
• Train, mentor, and coach retail associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
