Responsibilities

• In the capacity of the Store Manager, your role will be that of a leader overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the store. Your primary objectives will include devising plans to enhance customer service, boost store sales, enhance profitability, implement marketing strategies, and promotional initiatives aimed at increasing sales and expanding our current customer base.
• You will also be responsible for upholding stringent store standards, nurturing a positive work setting, predicting staffing requirements, and formulating a recruitment strategy. Furthermore, the Store Manager will be instrumental in building a diverse team, which includes associates and keyholders, and guiding them towards achieving their individual career aspirations as well as the company’s overarching objectives.
