This is a business‑driven leadership role focused on revitalizing and expanding the retail operation. The company operates a larger contractor and construction supply business alongside retail, and the incoming leader will have full autonomy over the retail side of the operation, with responsibility for strategy, procurement, merchandising, and team leadership.
