Retail Store Manager (Owen Sound)

Overview

Retail store manager (general manager) responsible for leading a store team, delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences, and achieving sales results. This role is based in Owen Sound and requires travel to the Barrie location for training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store, including leading a team of assistant store leaders, team leads, and advisors, and partnering with all areas of the business and vendors
• Motivate, coach, develop, and inspire the team to help customers find the right product or service
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while maintaining a positive work environment
• Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health and safety)
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement
