Retail Store Manager

Job Description:

The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the assigned retail store, ensuring sales targets are met, store operations run smoothly, and customers receive excellent service. This role also leads and motivates the store team, maintains inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• 2–5 years in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Supervisor is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work on-site in Kasiglahan, Rizal
• Basic knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage
