Job Description

Job Title: Retail Team Lead - Customer Experience

A dynamic retail organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of retail experience, including two years in a management role.

  • Assisting customers with queries and concerns
