Retail Store Supervisor

Manage and oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring they meet company objectives and maintain standards.

Qualification:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Must have a supervisory experience in any industry
• Must be willing to be assigned to any of the following branches:
  SM Lanang, SM Davao, SM Cebu, SM Jmall, SM Seaside Cebu

Key Accountabilities

1. Business Strategy

• Monitor sales performance of the branch by clearly and concisely communicating the business and store objectives to all team members.

2. Stock Management

• Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
• Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding the stocks in the area to maximize stock potential.
• Oversee an adequate merchandise supplies and stocks inventories.
