Retail Store Supervisor

Manage and oversee the operations of the branch, ensuring they meet company objectives and maintain standards.
Qualification:
Graduate of any 4-year course
Must have a supervisory experience in any industry
Must be willing to be assigned to any of the following branches: SM Lanang, SM Davao, SM Cebu, SM Jmall, SM Seaside Cebu
Key Accountabilities
1. Business Strategy
Monitor sales performance of the branch by clearly and concisely communicating the business and store objectives to all team members.
2. Stock Management
Achieve stock control targets in line with company guidelines to prevent financial loss.
Communicate with the Merchandising team regarding the stocks in the area to maximize stock potential.
Oversee an adequate merchandise supplies and stocks inventories.
