Job description

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the store team to achieve company standards and targets.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and drive store sales performance in line with company targets
• Oversee stock management and coordinate with the Merchandising team to maximize inventory
• Ensure excellent customer service, safety, and security within the store
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
• Lead, train, and evaluate store staff to maintain performance and service quality

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With supervisory experience in any industry
• Willing to be assigned to the following branches: SM Cebu, SM JMall, SM Seaside Cebu
