Job Summary :

• Working hours and days : 44 hours per week days)
• Location : Islandwide

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock replenishment
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints
• Drive sales strategies, set goals, and monitor performance
• Ensure smooth daily operations with compliance and safety standards
• Manage financial transactions and prepare performance report

Job Requirements :

• Degree or diploma holder and above with operations experience in F&B, hospitality or retail industry
• Facilitate and raise the level of employee engagement at all locations
• Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
• Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
• Must be fully vaccinated
