Retail Store Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales associates to deliver personalized, high-quality customer service.
• Ensure expert product knowledge on premium baby gear, apparel, and accessories to confidently assist customers.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns professionally.
• Manage stock levels, replenishment, and coordination with the warehouse.
• Prepare sales reports, schedules, and other administrative tasks.
• Enforce company policies on safety, security, and loss prevention.
