Position: Store Manager
Working Hours: 44 hours per week (roster-based, including weekends and public holidays)

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and train your retail team to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation to align with brand standards.
• Handle customer feedback and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Track sales performance and report to management regularly.
• Support promotional activities and store events.
