Retail Supervisor

Responsible for daily store operations, achieving store sales and ensuring every customers receive great service experience. Ensure complete understanding of all products, brand guidelines including up-sell items, as well as any company promotions and mechanics. Ensure exemplary customer service standards among the Retail team members according to the company standard. Ensure team member complete customer transaction in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect. Ensure accuracy in the collection of money from various modes of payment. Ensure that the store is in good condition i.e. shelves are replenished, fixtures are clean and prices are present in good condition. Ensure all POS/VM materials and other collaterals being displayed at the shop floor are up-to date and displayed according to a standard visual merchandising standards.
