Retail Support Executive

Summary

• Salary $3500-$3800 + AWS + Bonus

  Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities

• Provide full-spectrum retail operations support to the team, including POS and sales activities.
• Prepare reports on sales analysis and operational issues.
• Perform clerical and administrative support for retail shops, including quotation, invoice, report preparation, and filing.
• Monitor and maintain healthy inventory levels of store materials, and advise on stock replenishment when necessary.
• Arrange and participate in routine inventory counts for all retail stores to ensure stock accuracy.
• Coordinate and perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in a business-related field with solid retail line experience.
• Willing to travel to overseas branches quarterly for stock take.
