Retail Technology Service Delivery Head

About the Role:

The Retail Service Delivery Head will be responsible in transforming bank's card management system, modernizing credit/ debit card capabilities (including xpay and digital wallets), and simultaneously driving modernization of our Wealth Management Technology ecosystem.

How you'll contribute:

• Collaborates with key stakeholders (Cards Business, Wealth Management, Risk, Operations, Architecture, and Enterprise IT) to define and execute the technology roadmap.
• Sets direction for platform evolution across the flagship CMS replacement program, digital servicing, and core Wealth Management systems.
• Balances large-scale strategic programs, regulatory/risk commitments, and BAU changes across both domains.
• Aligns with Enterprise and Domain Architects on target architecture, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, microservices), ...
