The Retail Trainer is responsible for systematically training retail partners and in-store sales staff across the country, sharing product expertise, sales techniques, and brand philosophy.
He/she serves as the chief trainer, responsible for enhancing sales capabilities in the field and ensuring a consistent customer experience aligned with the brand’s standards.

Education: Preferably a degree in Marketing, Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field;
Experience: Over 3 years of experience in retail, training, or sales management within the consumer electronics industry (ideally in the mobile phone sector);
Excellent communication and presentation skills: Logical, persuasive, and capable of delivering engaging public training sessions;
