Retail Training Supervisor

Job Summary:

Tecno Mobileis seeking a dynamic and experiencedTraining Supervisorto lead the development and execution of training programs across our sales channels. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure that promoters, sales coordinators, dealers, and distributors are well-equipped to represent the brand and achieve sales goals.

• Develop, localize, and update training materials tailored for sales teams, promoters, dealers, and distributors.
• Organize and implement comprehensive training programs, including product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques.
• Facilitate training sessions for promoters, Area Sales Coordinators (ASCs), Regional Sales Managers, and external partners.
