The Retainer Doctor is responsible for providing basic medical consultation, first aid, and health assessments for company employees. The doctor will be assigned on-site and will help ensure employee health, safety, and compliance with occupational health standards.

Duty Schedule:

• 4 hours per day
• 2–3 times per week
• On-site / Company clinic duty

Professional Fee:

• ₱500 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical consultations and basic treatment to employees
• Conduct physical assessments and medical evaluations
• Administer first aid for minor injuries and work-related incidents
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Provide medical advice and referrals when necessary
• Assist in company health programs and Annual Physical Examinations (APE)
