Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Retail RMS (Retek) and related applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support Major Incident Management (MIM).
• Monitor and support batch processing, job scheduling, and daily operational workflows.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms & Reports components.
• Write and optimize PL/SQL procedures, packages, and database objects.
• Develop and maintain Pro*C programs for retail processing workflows.
