Overview

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-oriented Retention & Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and executing retention strategies that enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer retention within the financial services, fintech, or FX & CFDs industry. Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency is considered an advantage.
