What you will do
You will be the strategic voice in the critical decision-making moments of associates, transforming withdrawal intentions into loyalty opportunities through active listening, empathy, and persuasion techniques aimed at highlighting the comprehensive value of the portfolio, where your performance will be reflected in highly competitive commissions that can range from $1,000,000 to $4,000,000 , with no cap and with a benefits-based character!
Schedules
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am 6:00 pm
Only two Saturdays a month: 08:00 am 12:00 pm.
