Be the catalyst for client success as a Retention Specialist in Employment Services. Focus on developing relationships and improving job retention in a full-time contract role.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Employment Services, you will actively engage with clients to support their employment journey. This role necessitates strong time management and interpersonal skills while maintaining high standards for documentation accuracy. Your efforts will play a critical part in the clients' abilities to sustain employment in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients to ensure job retention milestones
