Role: Retention Systems Lead (Lifecycle Marketing)
Location: On-site – White Plains, Quezon City
About the Role
We are hiring a Retention Systems Lead to own and operate lifecycle marketing across email and SMS for global direct-to-consumer brands. This is a hands-on execution role. You will personally work inside lifecycle tools, build and manage flows, analyze performance, and decide what to send and what not to send. This is not a strategy-only,
advisory, or copywriting position.
You will be based on-site in Quezon City, working inside a purpose-built studio office that serves as the global operating headquarters for our brands.
