Job Description

The Role
As a Retirement Associate for Consulting, they will support the delivery of quality Retirement solutions covering plan valuations, design & review including plan conversions, and other retirement benefit services. The Retirement Associate may also get involved in insurance, health, and other risk projects requiring actuarial support.

Provide technical assistance to the Consultant/Senior Consultant in the following areas:Data preparation, validation & reconciliationAssumption settingActuarial valuation of retirement plans, including the use of WTW standard valuation software.Analysis of valuation resultsPlan benchmarking, design, and costingRetirement plan set-up, review, and harmonizationBenefit projections and individual benefit calculationsOther projects requiring actuarial skills (other employee benefits, insurance, HMO,
