An established insurance company is seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Retirement Benefit Counsellor to join their team. Your: Formal Education : Matric. NQF 5 will be advantageous. Experience: At least 1 year’s experience in Benefit Counselling or Employee Benefits administration. Primary objective:

• To deliver a professional and excellent quality of service to members of retirement funds and employers in accordance with the service level agreements and year planners.
• To assist and support retirement fund members and their beneficiaries when exiting the retirement fund, i.e., retirement, death, withdrawal, or retrenchment.
